About This Spot

The full endeavor of Psychic Pollution is to have an outlet to discuss the exciting evolution of music from my perspective. Fusing a lifelong passion as a listener with a reluctant passion for writing this is my outlet from the real world that provides the platform to discuss the music I feel passionately about.

The phrase Psychic Pollution derives from the song Makes Me Wanna Die by the Bristol, England artist Tricky on his second LP Pre-Millenium Tension released in 1996. The phrase has always resonated with me, the idea that we as people are involved in a daily rat race that persists throughout our adult lives that separates us from our passions became a theme of sorts and a signal to my intent to break through the psychic fog.
